Out-of-court Consumer Dispute Resolution

In accordance with § 20e of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended, the business corporation informs the consumer that the subject of the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection with its headquarters in Prague 2, Štěpánská 567/15 , zip code 120 00, www.coi.cz.

The consumer has the right to an out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute from a purchase contract or from a contract for the provision of services.
